Incredible travel agent!!! Highly recommend!!! Held our hand literally the entire way!! Through crazy cancellations to Israel and a bumpy road getting new tickets, they took care of us step by step at all hours of the day from morning to night and even when we got to the airport made sure to figure out special accommodations for our suitcases to make it to the final destination.

Working with Joy Travel has been amazing. There were two situations this week that they were very helpful with. 1) We went to the wrong airport as there are two airports close to our home. This resulted in missing the scheduled flight. The staff person dropped what they were doing and made it a priority to get us on the flight from the other airport allowing us to still make the connection. He stayed on the phone till we were fully checked in. 2) I realized I had to switch the date for the flight back home to a day later. Without hesitating he switched it and sent me confirmation, allowing to breathe easily without worry.

While service and being prompt is important in every industry, it’s essential as a travel agent. Yuda and Carmen and the entire team are so responsive to the airline industry when dealing with both domestic and international travel. We’ve had some passport challenges, visa issues and flight cancellation (on our part) and they ALWAYS hold our hand until everything is resolved. Always a pleasure speaking with them and appreciate their professional and personal touch

Since my family started flying internationally, I’ve been using Joy Travel for every flight - even when I could book online myself. They’re really strong with pricing and seem to have access to a lot more options than what I find on my own. What really stands out is how they handle things when travel gets complicated. During the winter blizzard, when there were massive cancellations, they kept working to rebook the flight again and again, calling and messaging with updates the whole time. I don’t know what we would have done with an airline website and no one to talk to.. Thank you it was a JOY to travel!

I had a really great experience working with this travel agency. I needed to cancel a flight last minute that was technically non-refundable, and I was very stressed about it. My agent went out of his way to help and did everything he could to advocate on my behalf. Thanks to his effort and dedication, he was able to get the airline to issue a refund. I truly appreciate the time and care he put into helping me. It’s rare to find that level of service today. Highly recommend!
